Now, you're ready to learn how to hold that space for others.Welcome to a breathwork teacher training rooted in presence, integrity, and intuitive guidance. This is not a mass-produced certification. It's an intimate, relational container for those called to guide with depth.

What You’ll Learn:

-The energetics of holding space-Breath anatomy and trauma-informed frameworks-Sequencing and guiding breath journeys-Integration practices and nervous system support-The ethics and sacred responsibility of facilitation-Business and boundaries for soul work

This is for you if:

-You’ve experienced breathwork as a healing path and feel called to deepen your understanding of this practice-You want to guide others with integrity, humility, and soul-You’re ready to explore your voice and leadership, in your own way-You want an education with evidence-based foundations-You desire a curriculum which meets you where you are, allowing for flexibility for your area of interest-You desire to deepen and supplement your current healing work with this offering

Course Format and Flow

-3 month program
-1:1 instruction (in-person or online available)
-3 meetings per month, with 1 week left open for your own educational experience and/or creation (discussed in detail at the beginning of the program)
-2 Personal breathwork and somatic sessions
-Safe environment for teaching, learning, and feedback
-Final practicum to graduate as a certified breathwork guide
